We are offering monthly meditations to cultivate inspiration, grounding, and shared rest.
These monthly meditation practices will be livestreamed on our Instagram (@my.muses.card.shop) and Facebook pages (@My Muses Card Shop) every second Wednesday morning from 9:00 – 9:30am

These meditations are lovingly led by Lara Struckman (she/her), creatrix of Deeply Rooted Ritual Grief Care https://www.deeplyrootedritual.com. Lara’s work and life has been deeply shaped and inspired by the wisdom and support of the earth and the cyclical and seasonal nature of all things.

She has a background in interfaith community building, organic vegetable & flower farming, and earth based spiritual practice. She feels passionate about inviting others back into connection and belonging with Earth and each other. She has been practicing and leading various forms of meditation & grounding practices for over a decade. She is rooted in somatic & trauma-informed techniques that honor the full spectrum of the human experience so that people can access their own inner sense of resilience wherever they are and with whatever they may be showing up with.

These practices are open for anyone, no prior meditation experience necessary except a curiosity into your own inner landscape.
