This year has been nothing short of amazing. 🌟 We’ve launched our breakfast pastry line, started offering online delivery, and grown our catering immensely! We are honored to have been voted one of Chapel Hill Magazine’s Best Breakfasts and Best Restaurant Caterers. 👏 We have been given the opportunity to provide meals for the best athletic teams, the most impactful organizations, and your special events throughout the year. We are so grateful and want everyone to know how touched we are for the chance to make your day a little bit better with good food.

Christy has been with us since our doors first opened, dedicating her exceptional baking skills and operational expertise to enhance our Bake/Production and Catering teams. Mack Stein – Our Bake/Production Manager! Mack’s passion for perfecting our bagels is unparalleled. His dedication to refining techniques, developing better systems, and training our team has been vital in ensuring we produce the best baked goods possible.
Elizabeth Ensslin – Our Front of House Manager! Elizabeth’s warmth and energy have a significant positive impact on everyone who walks through our doors. Her deep care for our community, our team, and her joyful spirit have made her an invaluable part of Brandwein’s. Not to mention her exceptional organization and systemization of daily shop functions that help ensure above-and-beyond experiences for our customers!
