In this beginning workshop, students will learn how to playfully use water color materials through the intuitive process and let their creativity flow! Areas of focus will include composition, color and painting in both representational abstract still life. No experience or pre-requisites required.

I meditate on holding heart opening space for myself and others while referring to nature to ground my nervous system and sharpen my senses. I am truly fascinated by our interpersonal relationships, our heart space with one another, as well as our relationship with the environment around us. My process is meditative, slow moving, heart opening and focused on being present in my body to guide me. Working this way allows me to focus on what matters most in life when the world around us doesn’t make sense. I offer students a peaceful safe sanctuary to be creative with my decades of hard earned experience and knowledge of painting using the materials as a vehicle to encourage you to develop your own voice and confidence in the creative process.
