CHDP OPERATIONS

CHDP Operations:

The Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership is working to bring the resources of the Town, University and downtown community together to maintain, enhance and promote downtown as the social, cultural, and spiritual center of Chapel Hill through economic development.

The Downtown Partnership is placing an emphasis on enhancing and promoting the assets of downtown Chapel Hill and developing programming to address the basic, fundamental needs of downtown, including cleanliness, safety, policies and parking, all in an effort to foster an environment that will support economic growth and prosperity.
Partnership Meetings for 2010:

CHDP Executive Committee: The Executive Committee meets at 3:00 pm at the CHDP office on the 1st Thursday of every month. The CHDP office is located at 308 W. Rosemary Street.

CHDP Board of Directors: The Board of Directors meets at 3:00 pm at the Morehead Planetarium in the 1st Floor South Gallery on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. The Planetarium is located at 250 East Franklin Street. The board meets monthly except in December and July of each year.
