The FRANK: Franklin Street Arts Collective is open!  FRANK is an artists' co-op that uses funds from the Town of Chapel Hill and the Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership to create the Small Art Business Loan Program.  FRANK will be open Tuesday - Saturday 11:00am till 6:00pm, Thursdays till 8pm for a Salon night with the artist and Sunday 1:00pm - 5:00pm.  For more information please visit www.frankisart.com.
