Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership Strategic Plan

The Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership thanks Progressive Urban Management Associates (PUMA) for their team’s diligent work in connecting our organization to the desires of our community members/residents, businesses and nation-wide best practices to shape this vision for our future and create a tactical plan for success.

We began working with PUMA in late 2019, allowing their experts the opportunity to visit our downtown twice pre-pandemic, then continued to work through spring 2020 to poll Chapel Hill, collaborate with local leaders, and adapt the direction of our plan to the changes we saw taking place.
